Darlene
Beach n Bliss Co-ordinator & Yoga Instructor
Darlene Sparling coordinates the Bikini Bootcamp program making sure everyone gets the attention they need and helps guide guests to get the most out of their time with us.
She spent the past 9 years studying yoga in various locations including India where she became certfied at a Sivavananda inspired school. She shares her in depth knowledge in chakra work, meditation, and mantra to touch guests in profound ways.
Her over all creative approach to life fuel her song writing, music and overall sense of well being which is evident from first glance.
Maya
Yoga Teacher
Maya has moved to Tulum/Mexico in 2008, coming from Brazil with a background in gymnastics.
She has since devoted herself to the practice and study of Yoga, now with 900 hours Certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Gannon Power Vinyasa Yoga by her teacher Michael Gannon, learning and assisting him on his trainings. With more than 10 years experience Maya is able to manage a class that adapts to the needs of all levels.

Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Kun’s approach to yoga integrates in a very intuitive way different techniques, body pressure, and energy points, assisting in deep stretches and sound healing to harmonize and balance the energy on the body - finishing with a live harp and Tibetan bowls to feel in tune with your higher self. Inspiring his students to surrender to the natural energy flow of the universe, you will find the power to heal yourself with visualization, and meditation. He often uses a live harp to accompany his deep, meditative savasana.
Alyssa
Pilates Instructor
Alyssa is a wanderlust Pilates instructor from Toronto, Canada who loves everything travel, fitness, music and fun. She became a certified Pilates Instructor in Bali, Indonesia in 2016 and since then has taught all over the world. She is passionate about teaching and helping people feel their best in their bodies. Her Pilates classes concentrate on increasing your overall strength, with an emphasis on core; bringing your body into full alignment.

Yoga Instructor
Italian from Milano, I have a degree in sports Science in Milan University. I discovered yoga in 2007, and started taking Hatha classes, then started practicing Vinyasa.
I took a teacher training with Michael Gannon in 2013, and another teacher training in Italy in Vinyasa Krama style. Kitesurf, flyfishing, snowboarding, hiking and outdoor activities are my passion.
